Vibration damper drive plates 

BAYSAN Marine has developed a wide range of Vibration Damper Drive Plates to fit most engine/gearbox combinations.
Reduces gear noise, allows engine to run at lower speeds, stops spline wear.
Dampers are designed to be Fail-Safe and maintain the drive if the flexible element fails.
Special back plates up to 467 mm (SAE 14) diameter.
The flexible elements are made from a Polyester Elastomer which has excellent heat qualities and is not affected by salt water, diesel or lubrication oils.
Installation to the engine is quick and easy.
