Flexible Shaft Coupling 4" (Polyester Elastomer) Baysan Marine

Flexible shaft couplings designed to accept propeller thrust, reduce engine noise and transmission vibration.

Similar to R&D 910-001, 910-014. Suits engines 5 to 120 HP. Borg Warner, ZF, PRM gearboxes.

These couplings are made from a polyester elastomer which is highly resistant to salt water, diesel and lubrication fluids.

Safety design. Simple and easy to instal.
Simple to periodically check alignment.
Requires no machining, accepts propeller thrust.

In the unlikely event of a disc failure, the steel straps make the coupling fail safe and ensure drive is maintained in back to home situation.
